WEE extended family reunification team seeks to partner with legal teams to help previously incarcerated parents restore and redeem their relationships with their children. We offer monitored visitations, help with social services, such as parenting classes, mental health, housing and substance abuse programs.

It still takes a village, so W.E.E H.O.P.E is bridging the gap to Break the chains ⛓ and Break the Cycle
